Summary
The Redux Framework plugin for WordPress is affected by a stored cross-site scripting flaw. An attacker with at least a low-privilege login (subscriber level or higher) can reach it remotely over the network and plant script that runs in the browser of any user who opens the injected page, with no action needed from the victim. The bug only occurs on sites where the theme registers a color_scheme profile field through Redux_Users::set_profile(), which is not the default setup.

Read the original description
The Redux Framework plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Stored Cross-Site Scripting via the 'content' parameter in all versions up to, and including, 4.5.16 due to insufficient input sanitization and output escaping. This makes it possible for authenticated attackers, with subscriber-level access and above, to inject arbitrary web scripts in pages that will execute whenever a user accesses an injected page. This requires the target site's theme to register a color_scheme field on the user profile via Redux_Users::set_profile(), which causes the nonce to be rendered on /wp-admin/profile.php for every logged-in user, making it accessible to Subscribers.

Questions about CVE-2026-110534
Is CVE-2026-110534 being exploited?
It is not in CISA's Known Exploited Vulnerabilities catalog, and CISA's SSVC assessment does not mark exploitation as active. That does not mean it has not been attacked: vendors and researchers can report attacks before CISA lists them. No public exploit code is tracked.Source: cve.now feed data
