Langflow exec_globals Inclusion of Functionality from Untrusted Control Sphere Remote Code Execution Vulnerability
Langflow 1.7.3 and earlier are affected where the validate endpoint handles the exec_globals parameter. No vendor rating is given, and the checked facts list no fixed version.

Langflow exec_globals Inclusion of Functionality from Untrusted Control Sphere Remote Code Execution Vulnerability. This vulnerability allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary code on affected installations of Langflow. Authentication is not required to exploit this vulnerability. The specific flaw exists within the handling of the exec_globals parameter provided to the validate endpoint. The issue results from the inclusion of a resource from an untrusted control sphere. An attacker can leverage this vulnerability to execute code in the context of root. Was ZDI-CAN-27325.

Questions about CVE-2026-0770
What does this mean?
The validate endpoint in Langflow does not properly restrict the exec_globals parameter, so code from an untrusted source can be run. Remote attackers can execute arbitrary code on affected installations with root privileges.Source: zerodayinitiative.com
Am I affected, and how do I check?
Langflow versions from the start of the range through 1.7.3 are listed as affected, in installations where the validate endpoint handles the exec_globals parameter. Check the installed Langflow version against that range and whether that endpoint is in use.Source: zerodayinitiative.com
What should I do about it?
The checked facts list no fixed version, so no upgrade target can be given from these sources. Check the Langflow advisory for a fixed release before changing anything.Source: zerodayinitiative.com
Is it being exploited?
Yes. CISA added it to its Known Exploited Vulnerabilities catalog on 2026-07-21, which means it has evidence of attacks. No public exploit code is tracked.Source: cisa.gov, cve.now feed data
What if there's no patch?
The checked facts include no workaround. If no fix is available, limiting access to the validate endpoint, where the exec_globals parameter is handled, is the only option the facts point to.Source: zerodayinitiative.com
