Summary
Esri ArcGIS Server and Esri Portal for ArcGIS are affected by a reflected cross-site scripting flaw that lets an attacker trick a user into clicking a specially crafted link, which could run malicious scripts in the victim's web browser. This could allow the attacker to act within the victim's session or access information in the browser without needing to log in first.
