## Summary

Cross-site scripting in the Editor component of Progress Software's Kendo UI for Vue lets an attacker with low privileges run JavaScript in another user's browser over the network, by supplying Editor content with an unsafe URL in the Insert Link or Insert Image dialog. The script runs when the victim clicks the resulting link, so the attack needs that user interaction.
