## Summary

Cisco Secure Access Control System (ACS) releases earlier than the patched 5.8 update are affected by this flaw in how Java deserialization handles user-supplied data. An unauthenticated remote attacker could exploit it to run arbitrary commands on the device with root-level privileges, giving them full control over the system.
